Development and development planning encompass two aspects—policies and institutions. In development planning, innovative strategies may be implemented, but there may not be effective institutions to execute them. Therefore, the Federation intends to pursue public sector reform to transform the public sector into a more efficient, effective, and people-centered institution that is aligned with its development goals.

The private sector and donor agencies also play a significant role in the country’s development. Recognising this, public policy will include creating a supportive environment that enables the private sector to thrive, as well as creating effective partnerships with donor agencies to drive growth and progress in the country.
